The Concept.Keep It Local.

All of the fruit for our 831 wines are sourced from Monterey County from select sub appellations to match the diverse soils and climate that each variety is best suited for. With our cooler climate varieties like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay,we select fruit mainly from the Santa Lucia Highlands and Arroyo Seco AVA's. Sauvignon Blanc is is sourced from the Southern Salinas Valley and San Lucas AVA. Finally we select fruit from the warmer San Antonio Vally and Hames Valley for our bold signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Viognier.

We also crafted an 831 Red Reserve and an 831 White Reserve for your enjoyment. Our 831 Red Reserve is a unique and balanced blend of our 831 Winery Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Sirah and even a touch of Pinot Noir. We select only the very best barrels from each of our 831 Red varietal lots and blend in various proportions depending on each vintage. Production is very limited.

Our 831 White Reserve is a unique and balanced blend of our 831 winery Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. We select only the very best barrels and lots from each of our 831 white varietal lots and blend in various proportions depending on each vintage. Production is very limited as well.
